For analytical and industrial fields, Canon Electron Tubes & Devices also offers a variety of stationary anode X-ray tubes for X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and other such analytical applications, as well as for nondestructive testing (NDT) and thickness gauging.
