Notification of Continuous Wave Magnetron Business

We would like to inform you that Toshiba Electron Tubes & Devices Co., Ltd (TETD) quit the operation of Continuous Wave Magnetron (CW-magnetron) business and transfer the business to *Toshiba Hokuto Electronics Corporation (THD) on January 1, 2015.

THD will be provided with not only the manufacturing devices but also the relevant technology from TETD. THD has been manufacturing magnetrons for microwave ovens for many years. We would appreciate it if you would have a good partnership with THD as well as TETD.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued business and support so far.
